Absentmindedly powdering her nose, Mary Staffire wondered what it was like for the rebels.
She had never seen one up close, her father tended to keep her away from those wretched beings. He said they were wretched beings with no souls and iron swords, and all they wanted to do was cause chaos. Mary believed him, for the most part. But she wondered. What did they have in it for them?
The answer came to quickly. To be free.
Mary shook the thought out of her head. What abn absurd thought. She continued to put on makeup, trying to focus on what her eyes needed for tonight.
Once her face was presentable, Mary changed into a flattering V-Neck dress with her famous gold pumps. Curling her hair and applying copious amounts of hairspray so it stayed covering her ears at all costs. Smiling at her reflection, she slowly shrank into a faerie, her features becoming more angular and severe.
Mary had a normal sized room, to keep up appearances for the help, but her real room was located just above the bed. It was disguised as a Jewelry box, and had a keyhole that led into her door. She zoomed out of the keyhole, and flew out the window. Her father had forbidden her a thousand times to stay away from Hemophiliac. She never listened.
Once outside, she shifted back into a human. Walking down her doorstep, the paparazzi flooded her. She giggled and tossed her hair, but refused to answer any questions. She managed to escape the mob and hurry to her limo. Her father was important in the Human world as well as the Supernatural.
Getting to the bar, Mary walked in, immediately going to the center stool and sitting down. She smiled flirtily at the man next to her, and asked for her usual.

[ACHERON XANTHIS FABRILE]

Acheron walked into the bar with a stupid smile on his face. In fact, his face almost always looked this way, bright, and plastered with a genuine smile. His genuine kindness often frightened some people, confused at how someone could be so caring and generous in this day and age, especially in Amsterdam. Of course, Acheron was no normal man waltzing around the streets of the city.

Normally, he would avoid bars, especially ones such as this. While most of the humans here were completely unaware, he knew it was run by a vampire. A very strong, and volatile one at that. He could sense the Vampire's thirst, never truly quenched. Despite his general dislike for Vampires, he did respect the owner here. He had no idea what Aloysius did outside of Hemophiliac, but he knew that he ran a clean business and only fed on willing participants in a basement underneath the bar.

Nevertheless, I digress. Normally, Acheron avoided bars. However, today he noticed a particularly attractive Fae walking in, without a care in the world. While he did notice her looks, he was more worried for her safety. A bar full of Vampires was no safe place for a Faerie.

He sat down at the end of the bar and looked at her nonchalantly. Her face looked very familiar, though he could not place her. When the bartender approached him, he was not surprised when it was not Aloysius' face greeting him. It was fairly early in the night. However, when he was asked what he would be drinking, Acheron blushed. He didn't drink except for high holy days, and even then it was just a glass or so of wine. "Just a coke, please."
